When I go to Dr. Crane I think that my opinion about my health matters. I feel that we are collaborators in my health care, with her bringing the medical expertise needed to make wise decisions for me. I do not feel patronized, which has happened in my relationships with many doctors.

Dr. Crane listened very compassionately when I shared a personal worry about my family.

The staff I encountered as well as doctor were all very nice and helpful.

Dr. Crane took the time needed to listen to my concerns and helped me develop a plan of action to address my healthcare needs. When I visit Dr. Crane I feel respected and cared for. She and her team are exceptional care providers.

Dr Crane consistently goes above and beyond in her care. She is deeply empathetic, never makes me feel rushed, and gives my concerns the attention they deserve. She is truly an exceptional doctor and I feel so grateful to have her on my healthcare team.

There are clinics closer to my home. I choose to travel because of the great treatment I receive.. Top notch

I would suggest to NOT allow your front office secretary to eat a bag of chips in front of the customers. I walked in at 9:15am and 1 staff member had a full big bag of chips right next to her computer as she was checking me in. Not professional or sanitary.

I feel so fortunate to have Dr Crane as my caregiver. This was my first video visit and it was easy and comprehensive.
