Straightforward, easy, easy and easy out no issues. You'll only complaint I have is that there is no direct phone line into Wiselives having to go through triage and get to providers is not user-friendly.

In general, I do not like that a phone call to the Wiselives (or any) Aurora practice goes to a central call center. It adds a great amount of time when sometimes you just need to speak to that particular clinic directly.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Crane as my primary care provider. She's patient and kind and listens carefully. I don't think I've ever had a better doctor.

This provider has been one of the very few that hasn't dropped the ball with my health, hasn't made me feel awkward or unwelcome , and she listens to what I am saying. I pray she doesn't leave for a while. It's hard finding a great Dr that you feel comfortable with.

Michelle Crane AND the nurse assistant AND the front desk woman were all amazing! I was clearly told by everyone what they are doing or about to do and everything just went really smoothly. The whole gang just communicated everything really well! It was a great, non-stressful visit!
