As a patient I rely on the Notes from my doctor in the After Visit Summary. I find that with all appointments, with any doctor, those notes do not always reflect current status on some visits. I feel that would be important information.

Straightforward, easy, easy and easy out no issues. You'll only complaint I have is that there is no direct phone line into Wiselives having to go through triage and get to providers is not user-friendly.
