Long wait. My appointment was at 10:40 am. I arrived early, checked in around 10:15 am. We didn't see Dr. Hanna until 11:08 am. The only positive was that Dr. Michelle Hanna is always friendly.
All the staff including front desk have always been nice and efficient to us!

We went to the pediatric lab after our visit. Apparently they were having computer issues. No announcement was made and sadly there were no effective downtime procedures in place. We had to leave which was disappointing.

Dr Hanna saw my child in a timely manner. The wait time was extremely long. I'm not sure if we weren't checked in properly or if there was something else going on. We waited 20 minutes in the waiting room which to me is unacceptable seeing if we are 7 minutes late our appointment is cancelled. Thank you
