It took 2 tries to get visit. I had to raise my voice slightly after my first visit was messed up by your organization. Your text confirmations don't work. I showed up on my visit the first time and said I could only have one child go to the doctor. I have twins and was not going to pick. I don't have favorites. I showed my phone with text confirmation and it was not good enough. I asked for a supervisor and she scheduled an appointment for me. When I came on time before visit I had to wait a good half hour before my children were seen. I don't blame the doctor since they could do so much. I believe that the organization needs to take a look at appointments scheduling and not over book doctors. I am open to discuss this with someone who will listen.
