Love Dr. Hanna, hate the practice. How can you not get a doctor visit the same day for a sick child? It is absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Hanna is great! This is the reason we stay at the office. Her nurse was awesome and fast with shots. The last one we had took her time giving kids shots, this nurse was very quick and super friendly. Kept talking to my daughter about the awesome bandaids she will get that helped distract her.

The doctor was professional and would always ask permission if she has additional assistant that wanted to be present during the visit.

Dr. Michelle Hanna continues to be a very caring and exceptional physician. She continues to deliver the best care we have ever had from a pediatrician and our son loves her! We are so thankful for doctors like her.

Everything was good with the wait time for the provider and making sure my daughter feels comfortable in the room. I just don't understand why we had to check in the entrance of Yackman building and providing my ID in order to scan when all the information is in system already when we make the appointment. The wait time is just unnessary to check in at that station just to get a tag and then go in and wait again in another line to check in at the front desk at the doctor's office. I understand the safety and security reason but there should no wait time. Either have more than one employee at the Yackman desk to check in people or eliminate this process.
