I was told to be there 15 minutes before my appointment time...which I was. I had to wait about 30 minutes and then after being called and place in a room I had to wait another almost 50 minutes to be seen. Not the first time, Frustrating and unacceptable!!!

I like the cleanness of the hospital and the staff is always pleasant. Dr. Tschopp is amazing and listens.

I was disappointed in the care given by the support staff and some of the X-ray staff. I would not recommend them.

This is my first visit of the new year and had a problem I needed to be seen for ASAP. The office team got me in quickly and surprisingly the wait for Dr. Tschopp in the office was minimal as compared to in the past. As I said to her (and we laughed about it), "It's a new year and a new you!" :-)

Blood draw was most painful I have ever had.
