Always HAPPY when I can see DR.Tschopp in person!

She is the kindest, most compassionate Dr. I have ever seen.

She was a bit late but apologized when she came into the room. Explained she was on the phone with a person who really needed to call 911. So glad she took the time she needed to with that person as I know she would do the same for me.

I always feel Dr. Tschopp listens carefully to my concerns. I always leave with practical solutions to my latest issue.

My only complaint about this office visit is that I had to wait a very long time in the exam room before my doctor saw me. In fact, at one point the lights automatically turned off in the room and I had to get up and move around so that the motion sensor detected that I was in the room. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my exam. Yet I had to wait approximately 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before my doctor came into the exam room to see me. Therefore, I feel like I wasted an hour of my day just waiting which put me further behind with my job that day.

Good doctor

This was my first experience with Aurora. I came over from Ascension. I thought the staff was polite, courteous and helpful. The facility was clean and Dr Tschopp was amazing!

Very friendly medical assistant and doctor. Easy to talk with. I feel comfortable when coming in for my appointments. TY!
