Waited almost an hour

Dr Tschopp allows time for all patients to ask questions and for her to answer. She is patient, up to date medically, listens carefully and responds appropriately. If a message is left online, she answers herself or through very capable nursing staff. I have had no problems getting appointments or rescheduling if necessary.

Virtual meeting was perfect for medication follow up. However-- was difficult to hear - sound went in and out. Visual and eye contact were solid.

Dr. Tschopp answered all my questions thoroughly and explained what she believes is the best next step to treat my digestive issues. I appreciated her giving me an honest straightforward opinion as to what and why I should pursue a surgical consult.

We waited more than usual, but once in we had the doctors full attention
