Dr. Tschopp has, for over 15 years, been the consummate professional-yet empathetic & genuine. I have total confidence in her as my primary physician!
Both Dr. Tschopp and her assistant were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt listened to, and that my questions were answered. Dr. Tschopp was very thorough in the exam, the follow up, and in addressing my concerns.
She is always professional. Her CNA/NURSE is very cheerful and helpful also!
Without any "heads up" I waited a considerable time before the good doctor arrived. I definitely understand that the needs of others might go long, but it would have been very nice to have been advised she was running late. When it was my turn, I got her full attention for which I was grateful.

Thank you. My appointment was scheduled for 1:10pm and was seen by a CNA who placed me in an office and took my vitals. Sadly, I sat in the physician's office until 1:50pm and decided to leave due to the wait. Patient care and etiquette seem to no longer be a priority of Aurora.
