Dr Michael Ross is wonderful! We are so thankful he is our Doctor & for the wonderful care he always provides for us. He is so kind & personable yet professional & smart! We actually look forward to going to the Dr. ? Always a pleasure to see him & trust him fully with our health care needs.

I used to see Dr Ross at Irving and western. I gladly travel over 1 1/2 hrs to see him because he is a fabulous provider who honestly care about me and my family. It never fails that if I have an Appointment he always asks how the rest of my family is doing... individually asking how each of my kids(adults) are doing

The direct contact is fine. My complaints are with your "phone tree" and difficulty getting to the correct office when I call in!

The CDC rule to wear masks is stupid.
