Dr. Ross is the best PCP ever! I never expect him to remember me from year to year, but he does. I know doctors rely on notes but sometimes they don't read their notes. Dr Ross does. He is just a genuine honest person to manage someone's health. Make sure you take care of him or he could easily find a position with another group.
I was in for a pre-operative visit. I had some concerns unrelated to the surgery. Maybe that wasn't the time to do that because Dr Ross seemed ready to go when I started asking my questions. He sat back down and answered everything.
This was my first visit with the doctor and I was very impressed with him.
