I really like Dr. Ross. He is caring and listens to all of my concerns. He even had some labs run before my appointment so we could discuss results. It's frustrating to not be able to discuss results in person with a doctor after receiving results. I'm uncomfortable receiving results through live well as I don't know how to evaluate them. At times, results have looked bad, and have turned out not to be. But how would I know that? Dr. Ross is great!
