Dr. Ross was very thorough since I'm a diabetic and had prostate cancer recently. He did not rush me thru the exam and that is important to me. The support staff was efficient and friendly, keep up the good work!

I was told my copay for this visit was more than it should have been. The woman who checked me in and overcharged me on the copay is not friendly at all and made a smart alek comment about the card reader to me. Not the kind of person who should be face to face with the customers. They told me to take it up with billing and I did but the woman I spoke to at billing office was not helpful and a bit condescending. Dr and nurse I saw were great!
