Very friendly nurse, or medical assistant who checked me in, plus Dr. Otte did not treat me like an idiot, like a few doctors have done in the past 10 years. Dr. Otte respects a patient who is their own advocate, and thinks that it is OK for a patient to look up things on the internet. A few doctors that I have had, and it is very few, don't like that you Google Search medical problems, and conditions, because they have said that they know more than you do about your health issues. I have had very good experiences with Dr. Otte and his staff!
