I appreciate the amount of time the Dr. Otte spends with his patients. I don't expect him enter the room at the exact time the appt is. It would be nice if there were a system to inform the patient how far behind the Dr. is running and maybe not take the patient in to the exam room until it is closer to the time the Dr will come in or at least let the patient know that the Dr is running X minutes behind.

Dr Michael Otte is an excellent MD. I'm his patient and am also a pharmacist. So I know.....my whole family uses him as own PCP.
