Dr. Otte answered all my questions and was very attentive. The rest of the staff was professional and courteous. I had about a 10 minute wait for the doctor. The doctor let me know before hand that he was slightly behind schedule, which I appreciated. Overall a very good experience.

I wish that the door from hall to go back in the waiting room had a button to make it open. Very difficult with a walker.
