Russo and staff are great.

I like how the nurse and the doctor and the staff take care of me. And they explain it very well

Provider was not my regular primary provider but was able to see me to get me ready for an up coming surgery

Dr. Russo is a great doctor and a valuable response to the Advocate medical group. He is attentive, caring and a great listener.

Unfortunately due to traffic we were 15min late for the first back to back appointment. The checkin desk without even telling us cancelled the first appointment and moved the second one up by 15min. It took me asking twice should I check in for the second for the the other check in person to tell me what they have done in a not respectful manner. Then the nurse was also extremely rude. But, really enjoyed talking to Dr Russo. He explained everything I felt really cared for
