I had a great experience because they honor the time of my appointment. At the same time the nurse and doctor provided a professional service. They listen to my needs and I felt comfortable to communicate my health needs. All test were done in the same place with minimum waiting.

The front reception desk one of the ladies was a bit rude and another lady who called to let me know last minute that the doctor had to see me even though the doctor had left the message a day before was rude as well communicating to me.

This was one of the best first visits I have ever had with a PCP. Dr. Russo took his time and asked clarifying questions to truly understand what I was experiencing. He referred me to additional providers needed to meet my needs. He talked to me like a real person and listened to everything I said. I recommend him fully.
