He focused on the core need explained the change in process (A12). We followed up on issues previously covered in an effective way as well as covered an issues I might have and what to do. I have diagnosed with diabetes less than a year ago and with the steps I have just now had a report that I reached goal. Actually a bit below goal. I can still do more for my health. A few more steps as I understood the assignment
