Melissa was a good listener and made sure she understood my answers to her questions. I felt her diagnosis of a strain on a major muscle group in my back was correct. She is a caring NP.

NP Swainston was so genuine, caring, and sincere - she really listened to me and wanted to plan for my care. I want my other family members to go here for their health care.

Melissa was the ultimate professional. She listen to my concerns and asked me questions about my knee pain. And she also listened as I talked about my scoliosis and the pain around my knee going down to my ankle and foot. We talked about my options and what to do to prevent the pain until I was able to see an orthopedic doctor. She set up referrals, the most important one being the MRI so the doctor would have all the information to be able to help me make the decisions regarding my knee. Melissa also called me to check up on me and to tell me the results of my MRI. Melissa is an excellent NA.
I would like to have her as my NP all the time. She said she floats to places that are busy. It has been years since I and my daughter has had a complete visit exam. One that we use to have per Dr. many,many years ago. Now Drs. have the impression not to get involved with you as a patient. Systems have told medical Dr.,NP,nurses etc what and what not to do anymore. Gosh, if I could have her for my medical problems....because that is how things use to go.
