Melissa is great! She's thorough and I don't feel rushed and she asks questions and she gives a lot of helpful information. And its obvious she knows and loves her job with patients. I've seen her two years ago because Dr canceled my appointment. And he canceled a second time this year. Maybe there's a problem with this that needs to be checked out. I've seen Melissa this past summer for poison ivy and poison sumac and she was wonderful identifying my skin issue. She's a treasure to health care. But I am unrested about Dr cancellations.
She was great! I'd definitely ask for her again. She was informative and did her job extremely well following previous criteria from urgent care md.
The provider didn't explain enough about the new medication I was prescribed.
The two nurses that tended to me were great. Both were kind, quick, and efficient.
Nothing about Melissa but she send me to get some X-rays and I was told that it will take from 7 to 10 days to know the results. I think for a place like this is too much I have X rays before and the results were there within 30 minutes
