First time meeting and being cared for by Melissa. She was very thorough going over my condition and concern.

Melissa is an Excellent, warm and friendly PA. I found her very approachable and she really cared. Worked together with me. I liked her a lot. A+

I felt reluctant to see a PA in place of my PMP but was extremely satisfied in the end. Melissa had reviewed my chart and seemed to know me on some level as she entered the room. I was listened to and understand. She asked pertinent questions, explained what she felt would help me and gave clear instructions.

I saw the NP Melissa Swainston. She was very thorough, kind, and patient. Also listened well to my questions and answers. I would recommend her.

Melissa was great, she talked through all the options and decided where to start in addressing the problem and also came up with plan B

It was a Pleasure to talk and be evaluated be Melissa, she is very good at what she does. she is pleasant and friendly and made me feel comfortable seeing her for the first time if i would not have been told she was an NP, i would have sworn she was a regular MD. Melissa is such an asset to your team.
