Why can't you have the covid vaccine?

I met this doctor for the first time and he is now my primary doctor. I was satisfied with him..he was very thorough and addressed all my questions. I'm very happy to have a good primary doctor, as I have been without one for several months. Also, it's very close to my home, a definite plus. Thank you.
