1st visit. Very pleased

My first visit with Dr. Wilkins was wonderful, he spent a lot of time asking me questions and listening to me as well.

Dr. Wilkins took the time to listen and to thoughtfully answer all my questions. My previous provider seemed to have given up on me, so I appreciated his taking the time to address all the questions and issues I raised.

Dr. Wilkins and his MA are both amazing. They take time to listen to you and get to know you. They are efficient but caring at the same time.

I went to get blood taken for tests, but did not know I was supposed to fast before it. My instructions did not include that information. When I arrived to the Physicians Office, no one asked if I had fasted until I was brought to "Area B". At that point, my time and the staffs time had been wasted. The need to fast, and the amount of time to fast beforehand should be stated on the paperwork given to patients. Based on the reaction of staff, this seems like a recurring issue.

Dr Wilkins is a wonderful doctor. He listens and is very thorough in his exam and explanations of issues.
