Very good experience Doc took amble time with me. Staff wonderfully nice and we're having hectic day.

I had to drive around the parking spot for several minutes looking for a parking spot. My appointment took two hours. Not a great experience just because of time

I don't think I waited more than 2 minutes at any point (check in, x-ray, doctor visit). Very knowledgeable doctor who offered some great advice and listened to me as well as answered all of my questions.

It seemed like a well orchestrated team effort.

Dr. Wichman has a very pleasant personality. He entered the door with a smile and a hand extended to shake yours. He listens, shares his information and suggestions. I truly wish more of Aurora's physicians and surgeons were more like Dr. Wichman. He has a caring attitude and what once was called a "bed-side" manner. A little bit of concern on the doctor's side goes a long way. Dr. Wichman is a wonderful doctor and is very kind and thoughtful and thorough. I hope Aurora wakes up and finds more physicians and surgeons with the "patient first" attitude rather than making money for the Aurora Stock holders.
