Listened carefully, effective, efficient

Dr. Wichman was awesome. Appointment was running late because of some staffing issues. This would have been good to know when I arrived as I had another appointment after this that I had to reschedule.

This was my first visit with Dr. Wichman. I was very comfortable with him and trust that he will be able to help me. I appreciate that he listened and gave me clear feedback and instructions.

The whole staff, including Dr. Wichman are always so nice and understanding and they listen to you

The time with Dr. Wichman was great. He spent a lot of time with me, as I was getting a second opinion on an upcoming surgery. The experience at the front desk was not a good experience. Two of the receptionists never looked up from their screens to acknowledge me. They were not pleasant, and seemed quite unhappy with their job.

Great experience. His PA and Dr Wichman knew my history and had a lot lab of what to do next. I really appreciated it.

I only saw this provider in the last 2 weeks, he did explain things to me very well in those 2 weeks.

I was thankful that this Orthopedic Physician showed good patient rapport, asked questions and did a physical exam of my knee (unlike the previous Orthopedic Physician). The Physician informed me about his recommendations, but was not pushy either.
