Doctor was running late due to unforseen circumstances. ALL of the staff apologized. However I was given doctor's full attention for the length of time I needed.

Dr was short staffed thus the reason for the delay. Person who checked me in was confused by my medical past and why or why not medication was being taken. Dr understood, which is all that really mattered.
