Dr. Tatara and I talked about some depression for a period of time due to my wife's heart attack. Dr. Tatara was very understanding and helpful.
My provider is a very professional and caring doctor.
He lied in the "Notes" section of our visit and denied me 2 simple blood tests that all of my previous PCP docs would order for me so now I have to pay out of pocket to get these tests done and I'm on disability so it's difficult to come up with money

I was sent to get blood drawn but was never given instructions on a 12 hour fast. I felt the the physican was a but judgmental towards my health practices.
