Very important that providers LISTEN to patients. I thought patient-based meant something? I do not want a provider to tell me to schedule appointments every month when it's the same conditions. I am also a healthcare professional. And I know my condition and symptoms, what works and what is harmful. Disappointed with Advocate. Years of sub par care is more harmful than anything.
From receptionist, Dr and Phlebotomist, I felt very welcomed and treated like family.
Dr. Tatara is great. The assistants in the exam rooms are always great as well.
Very pleased.
Great Dr and assistant. took detailed information and discussed the problem and if I had any questions to call.
With Dr.Tatara I am very comfortable with a feeling that I am very safe
I am well Pleased with the treatment I received.
Very easy to communicate with Dr Tatara.
He seemed to not understand about my chief complaint. I have intolerable itching on my scalp, which had been going on for over 2 years. One would think he would at least look at my scalp. He did refer me to a new dermatologist. He did not seem at all interested in me and I definitely get the impression he thinks I should see someone else as my PCP. This was my annual Medicare checkup but there was no real check up. He didn't even ask me any medicare questions, told me I filled out the online form so he didn't have to. What??? I will be billed for 2 visits, the Medicare visit and the scalp issue visit. That's ridiculous.
Every appointment is a great one. Everyone is helpful, nice and very knowledgeable. This is coming from a person who is terrified ar the thought of a hospital or doctors office. Love my team!
