The doctor and clinical staff are great. I did have trouble making an appointment. I had one scheduled for 9:15 am but when I arrived it was not in the system. I was able to get one for 1:00 pm but had to come twice. I also had to upload my insurance information multiple times to make the appointment. There seem to be some software issues.
Since this request for a doctor was because of a suddenly developing condition, I was very happy to receive a quick response with a fairly soon appt to see the doctor.
Only negative was that once my appointment was over I had to wait in line downstairs to register for a lab kit.
Did not have to wait long.
Dr Tatara seems very competent and efficient. He has been a big help in my recovery.
As a patient, am extremely satisfied with the care that I receive from the provider.

Dr. Tatara was very nice and listen to all of our needs. He was very helpful in providing medical advice and recommendations. He was also very attentive with providing referrals to other doctors. A very good experience.
Dr Tatara explained the LiveWell app to where we can have virtual conferences in place of office visits whem applicable.
