Dr Wichman and all of his staff that I interacted with were professional. Each person introduced themselves to me, told me what they did and why I was seeing them prior to seeing the Dr. Dr. Wichman was professional, provided great care, including explanations and models to describe my medical situation. I was included in the future care decision. I left his office feeling like I knew what the next steps and treatment options are. One of the best medical appointments I've ever had.
