Dr. Wichman was very knowledgeable about my situation & answered all of my questions.

My medical history is quite complicated. He did an amazing job keeping most things accurate, but he got my age wrong (and my date of birth is on every document). LOL

This is not a complaint, just an observation. My appointment was four 1:40. At about 1:55, Sean escorted me to the examining room and gave me a thorough explanation of what to expect for my upcoming knee replacement surgery. He did a great job. Dr, Wichman finally came to the examining room about 2:35 (almost an hour after my appointment time) and apologized for being so late. I understand that things happened and that doctors are almost always late. Again, not a complaint, just letting you know.

I thought my appointment was extremely late. I had an appointment at 2:30pm and I wasn't taken until at 4:10pm. I never received a notice saying my doctor was running behind. I thought that was unprofessional by the staff not informing the patients he running late.

He took the time to explain in detail everything about my knee and where we will go to next in a way that I can understand it very grateful and thankful

Dr Wichman always shows caring and compassion to my issues. He explains the facts and makes it easy to understand what needs to be done.
