Dr Junck addressed my concerns in great detail.

All was good but waited in the lobby for 25 minutes before I was called back.

Yearly skin check. No complaints except appointments were running late. I arrived More than 15 minutes early and waited until 20 minutes past my appointment time to even be taken back to the exam room. At least the waiting room had good WiFi but it was a beautiful day snd I did not like wasting it waiting to be seen.

This was my first visit to an Aurora doctor in over 40 years

Masks keep us from being able to fully interact on a most basic human level because we cannot fully convey our emotions with only our eyes. It is a travesty that Aurora continues to require this of all their patrons. We pay you our hard earned money and hope to be treated with respect but instead you subject us to this stressful, useless and demeaning practice. Doctors are taught in medical school that masks are not made and never were made to contain microscopic viruses. If that were the case, wouldn't it be an amazing discovery that if we all simply wore masks all the time, virtually no one would get the common cold anymore. But this is not the case. The provider that my daughter saw was wonderful and she wore a mask but I know that our experience would have been much more comfortable and yet still safe if she had been able to communicate with us fully face to face. If I could choose a doctor or health care facility that didn't require masks, I would pick them hands down over you.
