This was my first visit with this provider. She was pleasant and I felt comfortable asking questions. She explained things in a way that I could understand.

Dr Junck is a very good doctor. She listens to my concerns and provides excellent care. Her nurse assistant on my latest visit was a different matter. She was abrupt, in a hurry and didn't explain her questions or listen to my answers. An unpleasant experience. I asked her to stop.

We talked about skin and sunscreen and not diet.

When I first tried to schedule an appointment I was told it would be in August! I suggested I would require an appointment sooner than that. A person called me back and asked several questions and I was scheduled for an appointment 3-4 weeks It appears Aurora needs to add 1 or 2 more dermatologists. This isn't a country with socialized medicine yet.
