Dr. Ward always treats me with medical excellence, personal courtesy and respect. This is for your "corporate" management that just can't seem to get how much we patients hate and have hated your telephone system. I, though walking with some difficulty, drive to your office rather than try to fight that nettlesome system of "corporate "appointment making and call returns! The system is terrible and getting worse. Are there any with ears in "corporate"? Dr. Ward and her staff also deserve much, much better.

Dr ward is great. The issue is the phone system and trying to reach anyone in the clinic! It took over 5 min to even talk to a live person that was even in the office and then had to send a message to the office. I can't wait all day for the office to call and when they did I was at work so again the phone tag game. I would not recommend anyone go to Aurora clinic due solely on the phone system
