Very friendly and Knowledgeable
Dr. Ward never seems to review previous notes. She always asks questions that are in my chart - for instance she asks if I get my period. I've had a hysterectomy. I've told her I'm on a combo drug for PCOS, yet the office calls with lab results and tells me my a1c looks good I can discontinue my metformin. I'm not on it for diabetes. She does not seem to care about her patients since she continually says I can refer for that instead of doing a work up first to see if a referral is needed. Highly disappointed in the care I've received from her this past year. Will be looking to switch. Her bedside manor is nonexistent.
Dr. Ward has been a trusted and enjoyed health provider to my family and I for many years.
Just that the place needs more doctors. They need more help.
I really appreciate my provider for all details about preventing care. I always have a great experience and a joy to be around.
Initial visit
I find Dr Ward easy to talk to and understand.
She maybe could have had better eye contact and warmer personality. Otherwise, she was thorough.
Dr. Ward is a great asset to Aurora healthcare! Top notch!
My appointment was delayed for a significant amount of time. I hate your phone syst. When I need to contact my healthcare provider, I am unable to do so, unless I send a message via the Live Well app which I cannot get to work most of the time.
