The provider has been providing a high level of care to me for the last few years and I am looking forward to continuing to see them. Love the relationship that Lynn has created. I feel cared for, listened to and valued as a person.
I've been seeing Lynn Zastrow for years and I have always felt that she cares about me and has my best interests and health in mind without being condescending or making me feel bad. I always make by appointments with her if possible.
Lynn has been so helpful for my general health and wellness!

I have been seeing Dr Zastrow for a couple of years and it's always quick, always has solutions for me if there's a problem. I feel heard, which is refreshing
She was 30 minutes late to the appt, and spent another 30 minutes going over info that I've already recently discussed with my actual doctor and info I just went over with the nurse who took my vitals. Told me to take a blood panel I didn't want and that if I didn't Ai would need to schedule it later anyway which I'm not required to do at all because it wasn't required for my medication refills. I only scheduled this physical with her to get my birth control refills renewed for the year, and she only granted me one dose of 3 months based her opinion as a provider who has never met me before. Also saying that she discussed my issue with my actual doctor who was in the office that day as if to tell me that my doctor was approving everything she said which is completely inappropriate.
It might be nice if the doctor looked at the patient once or twice during the visit instead of ONLY staring into the screen of the computer. And this is not the first time this has happened. Granted, we do live in the 21st century, but come on. I have a lot of serious medical problems and would like to think the medical professional overseeing my case was interested in the the person behind the diagnosis.
