Thankfully the doctor was able to see me in a timely fashion. She is not my regular doctor because I am never sick. My problems concern AFib and Aflutter so she would not have had to delve into all those records. My problem was the virus going around, and that was dealt with thoroughly. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I feel very satisfied that my symptoms were carefully considered and addressed. I was able also be involved in decision of next step.

Great! I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff responded to me through the app and the receptionist was able to see the message. A bit confused about what is an E-visit for a new condition. Suggest making the options to communicate in the app a bit less structured. Care was great! I have a huge list of things I can do to help my cold. The nurse listened attentively to what I had to say, and was able to take her time- not in a hurry. Very professional and personal. Five stars, couldn't ask for better all around. Thanks

The nurse was very helpful in helping me with my matter. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the assistant did not have my correct information so I was just a little concerned about that being accurate.
