NP Zastrow genuinely listens to me and is kind. I appreciate the sensitivity and patience she brings to work, and as well as a sense of humor and great personality that really helps set my anxiety at ease when visiting the office/having something done. In general since starting to see her, I feel a lot more comfortable with seeking and navigating care especially with Advocate because I know that she will help me figure out something that works for me. My quality of life, mental AND physical health have all improved significantly since being under her care.
Felt the doctor or nurse practitioner was dismissive and had poor bedside manner. Didn't seem to listen or pay attention to what I was telling her.
The provider I had really didn't listen to me. I have to repeat myself a few times. Felt like she wasn't even listening to me and felt like she didn't care.

A previous doctor i saw once for a physical felt heavily rushed and didnt seem interested in answering more questions than they needed to answer.
