The practice is always very responsive to their client's needs. The doctors, PAs and entire staff are caring, professional and dedicated to their patients' needs.

Dr Derken is great

I love Dr Derken's care and knowledge. What I don't like are the changes since AMG is involved. In my opinion Advocate took what was a stellar hospital and took it down the big box path. Not this practices fault at al!!! To be very clear!

I have been a patient of Dr. Derken for over 20 years and I have always found her to be an excellent Doctor. She is competent, an empathetic listener and responds to all my concerns. I feel lucky have her as my Doctor.

Took bloodwork and the Dr. would call the next day to discuss the results. I saw the results in my portal yesterday but have heard nothing back from the Dr. Still waiting for answers.

The staff and Dr Derken are very nice and knowledgeable

As always, Dr. Derken's office provided outstanding medical services. On time, to the point, efficient and friendly. Gives one certainty that quality care is given by all team members.

Dr. Derken is easy to talk to and takes the time to listen. She answered my questions and didn't seem to rush the visit.
