The nurse who took my blood sample was wonderful. I wish I could thank her personally. She listened to my desire to watch and the reason why.

Dr. Derken is always attentive and addresses my concerns.

Dr. Derken has been my PCP for many years and I have found her and her front staff very courteous, helpful and a 'follow thru' person. I can emessage her anytime and she responds the same day during business hours and on weekends always. However, this time only the tech who took my info left a little to be desired and less communicative than any others I have had through the years. She could not find a vein and had to call for help. I asked her to tell me what my specimen showed and if it had to be sent to an outside lab. She said she would check and comeback to the exam room to give me the results. She never came back and I had to ask the dr to do the tech's job. Very disappointed in her handling of me as an elderly patient. She didn't help me u dress and help me onto the exam table even though it was very obvious I needed the help. No offer....nothing. Not a compassionate person at all.
