I was seen immediately. The nurse was very thorough. The best was the nurses who drew my blood. I have terrible veins & she got it on the first try. What a relief not to be used as a pin cushion. It really made my day. As always Dr Derken was great. We covered all my questions. I never feel rushed. I'm glad I chose this practice. They're great
