Dr Derken is a wonderful caring physician

Dr Derken is a great Dr. She listens, explains and is so knowledgeable.

Very professional and friendly Dr and staff, Dr was very thorough and answered all my questions , including making recommendations , regarding issues I have been having.

I have been a patient of Dr. Derken's for years and she has alway been patient, active listener, provides suggestions for ways that will help me manage my disease. No question goes unanswered. I wish all the Advocate MDs were like her, but they are not.

Doctor as usual was very very good. But office staff was extremely unfriendly and plain rude. Not something I expected but office service and phone staff service has been deteriorating since AMG took over.
