Someone in scheduling changed the time of my appointment but didn't notify me!

I really felt that the nurse attending my visit was not qualified. She fumbled through several of her tasks. I had to question her on some of the things she told to do which I knew weren't right. I hope that I don't have her as my nurse again.

Dr. Duncan is a great provider. She is very patient and always treat my kids as if they are her only patient.
