Dr. Laura Duncan is a wonderful woman, caring, knowledgeable, kind and understanding.
She is a fantastic doctor and I'm so grateful to have found her. Also, all the supporting staff (appt desk / reception, nurse / medical assistant, etc) are very pleasant and helpful.

Dr Duncan is the most efficient doctor I've ever been to. I've been seeing her since 2011. She knows my history well and is always prepared with my blood results and concerns. She has usually spoken with another provider prior to seeing me so my care is coordinated. She is caring, attentive and encouraging. I don't know how she does it all but she does it well. I always know I can reach the office through Live Well and get quality answers almost immediately. The front desk women are always efficient and friendly as are the MA's. Y'all are fantastic!
I had a good experience with Dr. Duncan. Sometimes I wish She could spend a little more time than half an hour with her patients. That's all.
Medical assistant would benefit from further training when gathering biopsychosocial history. Some questions were skipped and were not addressed. For example, questions were not asked regarding mother suffering from postpartum depression and if mental health treatment was being sought. As a mother who suffers from MDD and past Hx of post partum depression this is very important for my child's safety as well as mine. And yes, fortunately I am seeking mental health services. Thank you!
Dr. Duncan is an A+ doctor. She is alway on top of everything that is going on with you. She gives excellent medical care plus being kind and caring toward you as a person and always listens to what you have to say. I would highly recommend her.
