Dr Duncan was great about listening to my concerns. I am really happy with my experience

Dr Duncan is a treasure. She listens carefully and tries her very best to help her patients.

Dr. Duncan is a fantastic provider and has always been excellent at working with me to manage my health needs, listening to my concerns, and taking my needs and preferences into consideration to determine a treatment plan.

The doctors need more time. They can't spend a lot of time with each patient because of their time constraints.

Dr Duncan is an extremely thorough and competent doctor. Because of time constraints she & I talked as fast as possible. Even so, after 60 minutes she had to go. I was not finished with all my questions but she was already 30 minutes past. We never shared any small talk because there is no time. Whoever has created this schedule is making life difficult for Dr Duncan and all of her patients. I hope what I have written will be considered and this present schedule be changed to accommodate Dr Duncan's & other doctors patients.

I am a POA for Dr Duncan's patient and attended the appointment. She was so very kind with the patient, took her time explaining everything to him, listening to him as his conversation wandered, and went out of her way to make him feel at ease. I really appreciated the way she handled him with dignity and kindness.
