My provider made me feel very comfortable, and he was very professional

Exceptional compassion and expertise provided by Dr and entire staff

My only confusion regarding the virtual visit was that the text message notifications I received in advance gave the time/date and said "Please arrive at least 15 min prior to your appointment time. Please call your clinic... if you're interested in virtual check-in options." And upon confirming the appointment, the message I received said "Your appt is with Dr Nelson at AHC Waukesha" with the physical address of the building. It was quite confusing, and i needed to call the office to confirm that it was indeed a virtual meeting.

Dr. Nelson is the best! His demeanor is friendly, warm and professional. I appreciate his use of audio taping because I feel like he is totally focused on me and my concerns and not on transcribing info into the computer. Dr. Nelson has had medical students observe during my examination. I am sure he provides his students valuable experiences for their future medical careers.

Dr Nelson is outstanding. He's very thorough and great at explaining what the problem is and the treatment plan.
