The doc found a build up of wax in right ear and tried to remove on sight but was unsuccessful at that point he asked me if i wanted to set up an appointment with specialists to remove ear wax which he stated the could remove very easily i agreed your people called me to schedule appointment and to my disappointment the first opening is 3 months away wow this is insane to me omg our future is bleek if this is how medical is gonna work
Dr. Nelson always listens and will refer if needed. He has a great bedside manner, gives you a great amount of empathy if needed. He is a great dr.
The only thing is that if for some reason I don't arrive 15 minutes early, they no longer receive me and kept me waiting for like 45 minutes, that's really annoying, of course they apologized but they canceled me for less than 5 minutes.
