Dr Nelson is a very good doctor. He had a lot of knowledge about what went on while I was in the hospital and he was ready to deal with it when I had my appointment.

This was a virtual visit. I'd recommend adding an alert to individuals' LiveWell account, if they are scheduled for a virtual visit and as part of the pre-visit prep, advising the patient that their provider/staff will be asking them for (self-checked) recent weight, pulse, and blood pressure. I happened to have that available to provide at my own visit, but I don't recall seeing this alert with the pre-visit prep.
