I was seen by this provider as a referral for an ear issue that was still lingering after 2 rounds of AB. My appointment was timely and I appreciated that very much. I do have follow up appointments. I felt comfortable and I felt listened to by this provider.

It was the best removal of ear wax I've ever experienced absolutely pain free. I hope she can do it next time I need the wax removed.
