Kimberly Kocher, PA-C was EXCELLENT. She explained my left ear problems and was able to address the issue very clearly and then she was able to remove the cerumen. What a difference she made. She also referred us to TMJ and ear specialists. Kimberly explained things in a way that we could clearly understand.
