Very professional and caring.

I received a text from Aurora confirming "an appointment". I mistakenly assumed it was for a different doctor in the Aurora system so I cancelled it thinking it's the wrong date. When I came in to see Kim Kocher on that date I was told the appointment was cancelled by me. I see that there's room for improvement with this texting confirmation. Please indicate who the appointment is with otherwise what's the point of giving partial information of confirming an appointment with an unknown party. I shouldn't have to research further to get more clarity with a cryptic message. I guess I'm "old school" I.e. if you're going to do a job, then do it right (not halfway to put it politely). I have no problem with other offices texting appointment confirmations because they fully identify themselves. So the system does work when applied properly.
