It is agonizing to call to make an appointment to see my doctor. It used to be a local number and take 10 minutes tops. Now it is ridiculous. Availability of appointments is also ridiculous. I don't know what I would do if I was ever sick. Dr. Koo is very good, but this inability to call the office is a major concern.
